Job description

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-driven solutions—specifically building the Sales Copilot within lemlist.
This is a unique opportunity to create AI-powered tools that will help sales teams:
Automate routine tasks.
Write better-performing prospecting messages.
Gain insights from their campaign data and interactions.
Personalize their outreach at scale.
Your mission will be to define, build, and deliver world-class AI tools that change the way sales teams work, while collaborating closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure adoption and impact.


As a Product Manager, you’ll:

- Define the vision for our AI-powered Sales Copilot.
- Conduct user research to understand the needs of our 15K+ customers.
- Work on ideas like AI-driven email copy auditing, live call assistants, personalized content generation, and data analysis tools.
- Drive product development within an autonomous squad.
- Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements.
- Prioritize features that deliver the highest impact on our users’ performance.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and data scientists to ensure quality and speed of delivery.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategy (GTM).
- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth adoption of the features you build.
- Measure and iterate.
- Use metrics and customer feedback to iterate quickly and improve the product continuously.

Example of features you'll build as a PM in the AI squad:
- Build a conversational interface to help user define their ICP, Persona and ultimately outreach strategy to automatically pre-build lists of leads, campaigns & copywriting
- Develop integrations with GenAI players such as ElevenLabs or Synthesia to create AI-generated engagement content (voice notes, videos, etc.)
- Implement within the interface AI copilot suggestions to save time and improve sales performance, such as, when a Sales manages to book a meeting with a company, automatically identify look-a-like companies and suggest to add them to a campaign
- Build live coaching feature from live call transcripts

Key results

    • Within 3 months, you will:
    • Understand our product suite, the market, and customer pain points deeply.
    • Build strong relationships with lemlist users to gather insights and feedback.
    • Identify and act on key opportunities to improve user onboarding, conversions, and initial success.
    • Defined a prioritized (short term) roadmap & communicate it to stakeholders (leadership, Data team, Squad)
    • Have shipped already first iterations or improvement of AI-features and being able to showcase adoption, retention & satisfaction

    • Within 12 months, you will:
    • Shipped multiple AI bricks that are being adopted by Users.
    • Demonstrated significant usage, retention & satisfaction of AI products.
    • Contributed to lemlist being recognized as an AI-Sales Copilot in our space.
    • Proven impact of AI feature on customer journey: activation & retention
    • Establish yourself as an expert in AI for sales, with a deep understanding of our customers.

Preferred experience

    • Must-Have Skills & Experience:
    • 5+ years in Product Management or Product Building, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS or tech startup.
    • A strong academic background (business school, engineering school, or equivalent).
    • Proven experience in taking products from concept to launch.
    • A founder mindset: You think like an entrepreneur and love building things from scratch.
    • A bias for action: You know how to execute fast while keeping quality high.
    • Curiosity about AI: While you don’t need to code, you should understand concepts like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) at a high level and be excited about AI's possibilities.
    • Strong communication skills: You can align teams, inspire stakeholders, and make complex topics simple.
    • Business acumen: You understand SaaS metrics, market positioning, and the value of growth.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
    • Experience in AI product development or tools powered by machine learning.
    • Background in Growth, Revenue Operations, or Sales.
    • Ability to wireframe or design simple user flows.
