Responsibilities
- Provide product implementation and technical solution support to the business units, especially in User Growth/Marketing areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from around the world to enhance the performance of user acquisition
- Assist in the design of the development roadmap according to the strategic vision and goals
- Conduct Product Requirements Document (PRD), and be able to communicate with Engineers / Designers to ensure our products meet users' needs and are well-prioritized
- Strong analysis skills in defining growth targets, metrics, solutions, and performance tracking
- Manage routine and non-routine campaigns, production rollout and change requests, as well as support new initiatives
- Build up a user-friendly and efficient backends as tools for campaign management for internal users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team
- Logical thinker with ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks
- Ability to handle multiple product requests from stakeholders at the same time
- Working experience with at least 6 years in a fast-growing global company
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects and navigate cross-team dependencies in a dynamic organisation
- Proven experience as a Product Manager from the user growth domain is a plus
- Experience in developing and designing campaign platform, activity / task platforms will be a plus
