The Marketing Tech team sits at the core of Eventbrite’s growth strategy, responsible for developing the tools, automation, and data intelligence that power our global marketing efforts. THE ROLE

As the Senior Product Manager for Marketing Tech, you will own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Eventbrite’s marketing technology platform. Your work will enable personalized, automated, and data-driven marketing that helps us connect the right users with the right events at the right time.

YOU  WILL:

  • Partner with Marketing teams to define and execute a marketing tech strategy that enhances Eventbrite’s ability to acquire, retain, and engage users at scale.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and marketing teams to develop automation, segmentation, and personalization capabilities across email, push, and sms
  • Build scalable and resilient Tech for communications
  • Own the roadmap and implementation of different modes of user communication beyond email.
  • Support marketing teams in running periodic as well as seasonal campaigns to measure the impact of these marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the data team to build customer 360 view to improve marketing performance and user engagement.
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of third-party marketing technology solutions while making informed build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in growth marketing, martech, and AI-driven automation.

THE SKILL SET

  • Total of 8+ years of experience with a degree in Engineering or Management.
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience in growth/ marketing tech
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing automation, CRM, audience segmentation, and personalization platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bird, HubSpot).
  • Experience building high scale communication infra and integrating with marketing lifecycle tools.
  • Consistent track record of bringing strong product thinking to internal solutions and infrastructure, encompassing build vs. buy analyses and large-scale migrations and implementations
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills that enable clear articulation of vision, strategy, and execution
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong prioritization and focus, including comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information
  • Ability to influence team members across all departments and levels of the organization
  • Ability to rapidly understand user needs, respond to tight deadlines, and deliver solutions that drive key business metrics

BONUS POINTS

  • Prior experience in  MarTech
  • Familiarity with SQL, and other data analytics tools.
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or event-tech platforms.
  • Passion for live events and community-building.
