The role involves partnering with marketing teams to define and execute a marketing tech strategy, developing automation, segmentation, and personalization capabilities, and owning the roadmap and implementation of different modes of user communication. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in technical product management, strong technical understanding of marketing automation, CRM, audience segmentation, and personalization platforms, and exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
