Job Description

StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game ads and digital out-of-home ads. We empower thousands of digitally-focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance everyday. StackAdapt was founded with a vision to be more than an advertising platform, it’s a hub of innovation, imagination and creativity.
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Lead, EMEA — someone who thrives on identifying performance gaps and partnering closely with Sales Leaders to drive meaningful, measurable improvements.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement, you’ll work alongside stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, using data to uncover opportunities and design innovative enablement solutions tailored to specific regional and segment challenges.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our Sales teams have the skills, resources, and support they need to succeed. Acting as a vital link between global strategy and local execution, you’ll help shape, adapt, and implement programs that deliver real impact across the region.
If you’re passionate about sales strategy and enjoy working with senior leaders to deliver high-impact programs, we’d love to hear from you.
Stackadapt is a Remote First company, and this person can be based anywhere in Ireland

What you'll be doing:

    • Acting as a thought partner to Sales Leaders by conducting in-depth analysis to identify performance gaps and understanding the unique challenges across EMEA regions (UKI, France, DACH, and more).
    • Recommending, developing, and implementing tailored enablement solutions to address identified gaps, ensuring strategies align with specific regional needs.
    • Co-building bespoke enablement content in partnership with global and regional teams to support sales effectiveness and business priorities.
    • Building strong, collaborative relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to enhance alignment, productivity, and overall impact.
    • Using data-driven insights to continuously refine, improve, and optimise enablement programs, ensuring they deliver maximum value and support business objectives.
    • ••Playing a key role in the successful planning and execution of GTM enablement launches, owning the full cycle: analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate.

What you'll bring to the table:

    • Proven experience in sales enablement, with at least 5 years leading enablement initiatives at a regional level.
    • A track record of designing and delivering world-class training and development programs that drive measurable business results.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to partner with VP-level and above, and a solid understanding of industry trends and challenges.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with a passion for collaborating cross-functionally and building trusted relationships across teams.
    • Solid knowledge of leading enablement tools and platforms such as Sales Navigator, AI solutions, Gong, and more.
    • A self-starter mindset — comfortable voicing insights, challenging the status quo, and influencing outcomes.
    • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
    • A reliable, proactive approach, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
    • A genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring it’s embedded in everything you do.

Stackadapter's enjoy:

    • Competitive salary
    • Private Medical Insurance cover
    • Auto-enrolment into the company pension scheme
    • Work from home reimbursements
    • Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, etc)
    • An awesome parental leave policy
    • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture
    • Our social and team events (virtually!)
    • Take part in our walk and wander policy and work anywhere in the world
