About the Role
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by partnering with Account Executives to engage with prospective customers. You will lead technical discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and guide prospects through proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to ensure a seamless and successful technical validation process.
Your expertise in data workflows, APIs, and SaaS architectures will help customers understand how Keboola can solve their most pressing data challenges. Additionally, you will act as a thought leader within the Sales Engineering team, sharing insights, best practices, and innovations to elevate team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with client needs and use cases.
Support Account Executives (AEs) during discovery and technical validation phases to ensure prospects meet success criteria.
Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of POCs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, clear milestones, and a successful handoff to post-sales teams.
Develop data-driven workflows and API integrations within Keboola’s platform to showcase its capabilities.
Act as a domain expert within the Sales Engineering team, supporting AEs in complex discussions and sharing best practices.
Contribute thought leadership content to promote Keboola’s platform within the data community.
What We Look For
Strong experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical role within a SaaS or data-driven environment (ideally +5 years experience)
Expertise in ETL workflow design, data tools, and analytics to solve complex problems.
Ability to translate customer challenges into actionable solutions using Keboola.
Effective communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.

$90,000 - $120,000 a year

The salary base range for this position is 90k - 120k CAD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. This role also includes performance-based incentive pay, with an OTE (On-Target Earnings). OTE reflects the total potential compensation when performance targets are fully met. Actual earnings may vary and are not guaranteed, as they depend on individual performance and sales results.
The role is primarily remote, with frequent domestic travel for client meetings and industry events. Occasional international travel to Prague for training and company events is required.
