Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Sales / Senior Account Executive to join our team in Eastern Europe. As a top performer, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality customers for our Sales Engagement Platform, lemlist. You will focus on companies from 100 to 1,000 employees in various industries and leverage both Inbound and Outbound sales strategies. With $28M+ in revenue and 100% bootstrapped, we are a fast-growing company with a strong mission to help individuals and businesses grow. Our mantra is 'Keep growing!' and we live by it every day. You will work remotely from the Americas or Europe, but need to be available on US time zone. We offer competitive salary ($40,000 - €45,000) + commissions (20,000 - 25,000 EUR based on MRR target achievements). Our offices are in Paris, but we are remote-friendly and value entrepreneurship and self-starting spirit.

Skills
- 3+ Years of experience in a Sales role as a top performer (top 20%)
- Sales expertise: you know how to find prospects, create interest & deliver value, and close deals
- Experience in outbound -> Cold call /Cold email / LinkedIn. Being able to generate 50% of your own pipeline
- Interest in the Sales stack / Sales automation software is a strong plus
- Competitor: you like to play as a team and hate losing/failing
- You are a self-starter; you don't need someone on your back to work hard
- You are an entrepreneur at heart and will find a way to make things work. You don't need 100 resources, tools, and people to support you in opening a deal with a prospect and closing it
