As a member of our Privacy Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define privacy-focused engineering strategies and drive technical excellence by mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and setting best practices. THE TEAM
The Privacy Team is a high-impact group responsible for developing automation solutions for global compliance requirements. We work closely with Product, Security, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure our platform adheres to the highest privacy standards while delivering a fair and seamless experience to users.
We follow Agile methodologies, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency, and continuously improve our systems to keep up with the ever-changing regulatory landscape.
YOU WILL

THE SKILLSET
- Technical Leadership & Problem-Solving – Ability to guide teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and design scalable architectures.
- Full-Stack Expertise – Proficiency in frontend (React, Javascript) and backend (Java, Python) development.
- Cloud & DevOps Mastery – Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and components such as Lambda, SQS, ECS, API gateway, etc
- Microservices & API Design – Experience building high-performance APIs and integrating third-party compliance solutions.
