With 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, you will have a strong understanding of Identity concepts and technologies. About the Role 
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our growing team. As an Identity focused Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing pre-sales technical expertise and support to our sales team. You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our Identity based services and solutions to prospective clients, addressing technical questions, developing opportunities and assisting in the development of winning sales strategies.

Responsibilities

    • Partner with sales executives throughout the sales cycle to identify and qualify opportunities. 
    • Develop a deep understanding of our Identity services and the competitive landscape. 
    • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person. 
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business value propositions. 
    • Respond to technical inquiries from clients, including RFPs and RFIs. 
    • Assist in the creation of technical proposals and solution architectures. 
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to provide feedback and improve our solutions. 
    • Deliver Workshops with prospects to help develop/identify new Identity based opportunities. 
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest Identity trends and technologies. 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role in the Identity space. 
    • Strong understanding of Identity concepts, including authentication, authorization, identity governance, and access management. 
    • Familiarity with various Identity technologies, such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and directory services. 
    • Experience with cloud-based Identity solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta) is highly desirable. 
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • Experience with SailPoint OR CyberArk
    • Relevant industry certifications – CISSP or similar (Preferred)
