Binance is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team as a Talent Partner for several technical BUs globally. The role involves leading hiring projects, running data, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, a proven track record in filling senior-level positions, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
- Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc.
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives
- Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
- Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within top-tier tech or Web3 companies
- Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level technical positions
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and a genuine passion for the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive decision-making
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
