Job Description
The impact you could have:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviours.
- Analyze data from web analytics, A/B testing, and heat maps to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer journeys and define touch points that influence decision-making.
- Design intuitive and engaging marketing website experiences, ensuring alignment with Jane’s brand identity and values.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for landing pages, website features, and web funnels.
- Partner with developers, marketers, and content creators to implement designs with precision and care.
- Continuously optimize the web funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce friction for prospective customers.
- Monitor the performance of marketing assets and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to ensure seamless transitions between marketing touch points and the product experience.
- Conduct iterative testing cycles, including rapid prototyping and multivariate testing.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align on goals, strategies, and timelines.
- Act as a UX advocate, ensuring that user-centric design principles are integrated into all marketing initiatives.
The experience we feel we need:
- 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on marketing websites, landing pages, or web funnels.
- Proven expertise in user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and measurable business impact.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, research and analytics (Hotjar, Google Analytics), collaboration and handoff (Zeplin, Notion), front-end basics (HTML/CSS, GitHub), and accessibility.
- Expertise with design systems and project management tools (Jira, Monday.com) is also crucial for leading projects and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Experience working in SaaS, especially within the health & wellness or B2B space.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams.
- Adaptability, empathy, and storytelling skills to effectively communicate user needs and advocate for solutions.
