The role

As our in-house SEO manager, you’ll be able to shape and execute SEO strategies, content creation, and website optimisation, helping drive meaningful business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own the whole SEO program - from strategy planning through to implementation and content creation, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure success

  • Build SEO reporting from the ground up

  • Brainstorm and write SEO-specific content that aligns with our tone of voice

  • Optimise the Leonardo website & YouTube following best practices whilst also keeping in mind user experience and CRO, working with our web developer on implementation

  • Own search/keyword intelligence, defining audience opportunities and gaps for business growth

  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitors and algorithm changes to inform strategies and tactics

  • Take a holistic view of SEO, identifying opportunities to drive the program’s success through other marketing areas and the broader business.

Skills we like

  • Ability to tailor strategies to key audiences and regions, both on-page and off-page

  • Have deep knowledge in all aspects of SEO, from content strategies to technical website requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web analytics tools such as Search Console, GA4, SEMRush, WordPress

  • Previous experience in a business where SEO strategies you have developed & executed have been the primary driver of growth

  • Bonus if you’ve experience collaborating and bringing together SEO strategies across domains with a parent company

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • A combination of strategic and creative thinking
