We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for community management, managing the Jimdo social media channels, including creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends are essential. Additionally, this role includes overseeing our TikTok agency to ensure alignment with our brand goals.
Creating engaging and high-quality content tailored for different social media platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok)
Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform strategy adjustments
Using your excellent writing skills to craft posts and interact with followers and community members
Managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, using your expertise across a number of different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube)
Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Minimum of 3+ years experience managing brands across social media, either in-house or at an agency
Extensive experience running social media channels, specifically Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Strong experience in community management
Proven experience in social copywriting in German, as a native German speaker
Proficiency in using Canva to create aesthetically pleasing designs for Instagram and other social channels
Experience managing a TikTok agency and feedback/write briefings for creators
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of creativity and ability to develop innovative content ideas
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and teams
Efficient time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
