As we continue to scale, we’re hiring a Social Media Specialist to lead and manage the online presence of our innovative sweepstakes gaming platform across North America. You’ll work closely with our Head of Social Media and collaborate with other key stakeholders to develop content, build our community, and create an impactful brand presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape Strategy: Design and execute a social media strategy aligned with our goals and brand vision, focusing on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Own the social media calendar, producing engaging posts, reels, stories, and contests in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Community Growth: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions to build a vibrant online community.
- Collaboration: Work with influencers, ambassadors, and internal teams to amplify our brand and drive user engagement.
- Analyse Impact: Monitor social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise our strategy, delivering regular reports on your results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least two years in social media management, preferably within the gaming or gambling industry, with proven success on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Expertise: A deep understanding of North American social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviour.
- Creativity: A flair for creating content that captures attention and drives engagement.
- Self-Starter: You’re proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership of tasks from day one.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- North America Focus: Prior experience working with North American audiences is a must.
