Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a software design/architecture role.
- Proven experience designing scalable and distributed architectures.
- Expertise in at least one programming language, with relevant experience in at least two languages.
- Hands-on experience in AI Agents development and AI-powered workflow automation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong influencing skills to drive best practices and enforce quality standards.
- Excellent ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in observability, monitoring, and system performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI automation frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience working with serverless, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong ability to experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks.
