At G-P, we are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and develop our cloud-enabled products. You will work on all parts of the code stack using modern frameworks and technologies. Collaborate with Product and User-Experience teams to understand requirements and advocate for agile methodologies. Translate requirements into sprint stories and execute them effectively. Build prototypes and turn them into production-quality features. Contribute to SDLC evolution and tech stack advancements. The salary range is CAD 75k-94k annually.
What you will do:
Design and develop our cloud-enabled products, working on all parts of the code stack as we utilize modern frameworks and technologies;
Collaborate with stakeholders within the business including Product team and User-Experience team to understand their requirements/criteria;
Advocate and evangelize modern agile methodologies and best practices;
Take a role in translating requirements to sprint stories and executing on them;
Build quick prototypes to refine concepts, then turn them into real production-quality features;
Contribute to the evolution of the SDLC and the tech stack.
What we're looking for:
2 years of experience developing SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams.
Experience developing & integrating full-stack web applications using modern frameworks, with knowledge in some or all of the following; Typescript/Javascript, Java, Node.js, React, APIs, modern databases.
Strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies. Experience with AWS is a plus.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is desirable.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $122,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
