As part of Podium’s Payments team, you’ll play a key role in driving explosive GPV growth and expanding our revenue potential through AI-powered automation, seamless integrations, and innovative features. What you should have:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- 4+ years of coding experience with at least one modern language such as Elixir, Go, Ruby, or Rust, with function-oriented design
- Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
- Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)

- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on an Agile development team, in a hyper-growth SaaS setting
- Experience working with FinTech or Payments APIs
