OVERVIEW

The Speech and Language AI Specialist for English Australia language speakers will be responsible for Data Tagging, Data Validation, Data Classification, Image Identification, and other related tasks. As an Entry-level role, Welocalize will offer learning support, and you will be able to gain experience in this area in the AI industry. 
 

MAIN DUTIES

    • Assign accurate tags to data to ensure effective Data Tagging. 
    • Verify the accuracy and consistency of data during Data Validation processes. 
    • Categorize data into predefined classes for Data Classification. 
    • Identify and label images appropriately in image identification tasks. 
    • Detect the presence of target audio events in audio files for Audio Event Detection (AED). 
    • Evaluate Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) model performance and provide reasons for differences. 
    • Perform other related tasks as needed. 

REQUIREMENTS

    • Proficiency in English from Australia (ILR Level 5 or CEF C2). 
    • Web-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Attention to detail. 
    • Ability to conduct thorough research within allocated time. 
    • Reliable computer system and internet connection. 
    • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for client confidentiality.
