Binance is seeking an Operations, Strategy & Project Management professional to drive institutional business growth in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the financial/crypto industry, with a strong understanding of traditional financial institutional business models and trading strategies. They will be responsible for leading growth of top-tier clients, partnering with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. The successful candidate will also optimize operational processes, define and track KPIs, and drive product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive institutional business growth: Lead growth of top tier clients (high frequency trading and corporate) on spot trading, which includes partnering with cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities
- Strategy Planning: Strong understanding for the industry and users, systematically plan the roadmap for business growth together with key stakeholders
- KPI Definition and Tracking: Strong data analysis skill, can dig out key insights from data analysis and chart call to action items. Define, track, and improve KPIs
- Optimize Operational Process and Structure: Build and run a high-efficiency daily operation process to support rapid growth of the spot business focusing on top tier clients
- Product and Tool Optimization: Ability to drive product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Cross BU alignment: Strong influence and partnership with related stakeholders to achieve the best result for both Spot trading and relevant BUs
Requirements
- Liaise with clients/stakeholders across the regions
- 8 - 10 year(s) of relevant experience in financial/crypto industry
- Good understanding of traditional financial institutional business model especially in trading strategy, trade structuring and cross business unit/division partnerships
- Able to engage clients for sales pitch along with cross business unit team members
- Be able to work independently under minimal supervision to overcome challenges and also provide guidance to team members
- Understand API and system dependency related to trading capabilities
- Have clear, logical thinking, leveraging data to provide solutions
- Good critical thinking, great communication skills, highly driven and a quick-learner
- Can coach and mentor junior team member to scale team
