Job Summary

This individual will lead squads at Pismo, responsible for Certificate of Deposit registration service, Card Receivables registration product, Credit Rights registration, and Interest Management. They will develop a comprehensive strategic product roadmap, oversee the end-to-end product life cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage budgetary aspects of product development. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of investments products, strong technical background, and excellent communication skills. Summary

This individual will be responsible for leading the following squads at Pismo:

  • Assets: responsible for Certificate of Deposit registration service, in partnership with B3.

  • Depositary: dedicated to the Card Receivables registration product (acquiring perspective) in partnership with B3.

  • Credit Rights: responsible for registering Credit Rights associated with sales ('duplicatas') in partnership with B3.

  • Interest Management: dedicated to provide services to manage investment products like Certificate of Deposits, Savings Accounts and Time Deposits.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic product roadmap, seeking to optimize the delivery of value to customers (current and future) and to Pismo.

  • Understand our market, including regulatory aspects, trends, benchmarks, competitive landscape  and customer needs, to drive innovation and ensure that our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

  • Oversee with the PMs the end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation to launch, customer support and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Work with the Product Managers and Portfolio team to prioritize and manage the product evolution backlog.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to guide the development of robust, secure and scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams, providing technical expertise to drive successful product demonstrations and client engagements.

  • Manage budgetary aspects of product development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

  • Lead by example and provide constructive feedback, inspiring team members to achieve excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with investments products (Certificate of Deposit, Time Deposit) and Depositary services in Brazil (Card Receivables and Credit Rights/'Duplicatas'), staying abreast of industry trends.

  • Strong technical background with a track record of successfully managing complex, API-driven products

  • Great communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and technological landscape
