About this Position

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Copywriter who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get into the weeds of writing for an industry leading HR tech platform. If you’re a builder, a conceptual thinker, and a proactive doer, what we’re building at G-P is right for you. With 5-8 years of marketing writing experience, ideally including both agency and in-house work, you’ll have the opportunity to write for every medium and be part of a team focused on work we are all proud of.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll write across a variety of formats, from long-form content and blog posts to lifecycle sequences, social copy, and more. You’ll be working closely with a growing team of top industry talent to shape and elevate our voice in the global hiring space. It’s a chance to play a critical role in our brand’s growth while learning and evolving as part of a dynamic, highly collaborative team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write across the board: Craft engaging, strategic copy for blogs, campaigns, product content, landing pages, social media, email marketing, and everything in between.

  • Own the details: Bring clarity, simplicity, and impact to complex topics, especially around employer of record (EOR) models, making them accessible to our audience.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure your copy aligns with strategy and drives measurable results.

  • Strategize: Think beyond the words on the page. You’ll use your strategic mindset to help solve business challenges with content that speaks directly to our audience’s needs.

  • Protect our voice: Help ensure the G-P tone, messaging, and overall narrative of the is consistent and engaging.

  • Learn and grow: Continuously refine your craft, work with cross functional partners and teams, and become an expert on our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-8 years of copywriting experience, with a solid mix of both agency and in-house (bonus if you’ve worked in tech or HR-related fields).

  • A portfolio that demonstrates versatility: from blog posts and web content to full campaigns, with examples of your strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  • Strong writing chops and the ability to adapt your voice to different channels and audiences.

  • A natural collaborator who enjoys working across teams and is open to feedback and iteration.

  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on writing copy that converts, informs, educates, and resonates.

  • A proactive attitude and an eagerness to dive into new challenges, learn quickly, and evolve with the team.

  • A portfolio of work that shows an array of writing styles and verticals.

Why You’ll Like It Here:

  • Ground-Level Impact: Your writing will have a direct influence on the growth and influence of the company that founded the fast-evolving EOR space.

  • A Team That Works Together: You’ll collaborate with a smart, passionate team of professionals who bring their best to the table every day.

  • Room to Grow: As part of a growing studio, you’ll have opportunities to expand your role, take on new challenges, and continue developing your skills.

  • Exciting Industry: You’ll be working in global HR tech—an industry that’s rapidly changing and filled with opportunities to innovate and change the way the world works.
