About the Role:
As a Senior Data Solutions Developer at Hims & Hers, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our reporting infrastructure and ensuring the integrity of our reporting suites. You will leverage tools such as Looker, DBT, and SQL while working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize reporting solutions that drive actionable insights for key stakeholders. You will collaborate with teams specializing in data visualization, reporting enablement, and data platforms to build a best-in-class reporting suite and infrastructure.

You Will:
Responsible for defining, extracting, and validating key performance metrics to support investor relations and C-suite decision-making, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and long-term sustainability
Designs and develops dynamic Looker dashboards that provide actionable insights, supporting executive decision-making with accurate, real-time, and visually compelling data
Collaborate closely with the business to ensure data quality and availability for internal and external reporting
Build and maintain key Looker Explores (reporting pipelines) for use in reporting
Define and maintain key reporting/data definitions
Provide clear requirements to Data Platforms & Data Engineering for essential reporting pipelines
Help during migrations to ensure our reporting is gold standard and experiences no disruption/downtime
At a Minimum You Have:
Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Extensive experience in Business Intelligence and have a keen eye for detail
Experience supporting investor relations or experience collaborating with accounting or finance teams
Minimum of 5 years experience working in reporting infrastructure and enablement roles
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL development and optimization
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Looker or similar business intelligence tools
Proficiency in analytics and data manipulation techniques
Strong understanding of data modeling principles and methodologies
Some experience/familiarity working with DBT (Data Build Tool) in developing and maintaining reporting pipelines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
A Big Plus If You Have:
Proven experience supporting Investor Relations or externally reported workstreams, where high data quality and accuracy are essential
