The position offers $162k-$221k per year and flexible remote work options.
Job Summary: iHerb is embarking on a strategic initiative to enhance our operational efficiency through the integrations of SAP solutions. We are looking to implement SAP’s Order to Cash (OTC) solutions to streamline sales, billing and revenue management processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. The Senior Program manager role will have responsibility for delivering mid to large scale SAP implementation & enhancement initiatives for iHerb. This role is expected to build a trusted relationship with Business Team leadership, IT leadership, and all project stakeholders and team members.
Job Expectations:
Develop and execute a comprehensive SAP implementation strategy that aligns with iHerb’s business objectives and IT Estate modernization goals
Lead cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post Go-Live support, ideally through applying PMI methodology
Manage stakeholder relationships with Business, IT and SI partner, ensuring clear communication, risk evaluation, expectation settings, and alignment across all levels of the organization
Discover and analyze requirements for fit-for-purpose as well as adherence to business objectives and consistency, challenging positively as appropriate
Oversee the project budget, timelines, and resources, ensuring the program is delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence
Partner with Organizational Change Manager to drive change management initiatives to ensure business readiness, smooth adoption and minimize disruption to the business
Dive into the details of specific needs of each work stream to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
Provide techno-functional oversight for integration of SCM & FI technology processes during SAP implementation
Think locally, globally and cross-functionally in order to identify project dependencies and its impact on SCM related upstream and downstream processes, primarily related to SAP , WMS, TMS , O2C, Ariba, IBP and other third party systems in general
Proven success working in a matrix organization with technical, non-technical teams and SI partners.
Define and implement best practices around quantitative and qualitative reporting such as: velocity, status updates, progress/percent complete.
Define and implement best practices around waterfall and agile methodologies to enable continuous delivery of value.
Finalize all activities across the programs to formally close and hand over the project, ensuring project documents are approved, completed, maintained and stored appropriately as per compliance and IT audit requirements
High-level knowledge of SAP ERP landscape and architecture in terms of inbound/outbound SCM processes, interfaces, iPaaS, middleware integration and data flows between E-commerce portal, SAP, WMS, IBP, Ariba and TM systems
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Google Workspace, diagramming tools (e.g. LucidChart/LucidSpark).
Responsible for quarterly and longer term roadmapping utilizing tools such as Jira Plans (formerly known as Advanced Roadmaps)
Ability to discuss and facilitate technical issues with software developers and business stakeholders.
Work as a liaison on behalf of IT team to remove blockers during project implementation
Leverage the iHerb PMO framework and best practices.
The ideal candidate has international experience, understanding the nuance of effectively driving outcomes and building trusted relationships in a global business model.
This role is expected to evangelize the value of effective program management by mentoring and guiding team members on use of the iHerb PMO processes and best practices. This role is also expected to further the maturity of the iHerb PMO by identifying necessary process improvement and bringing to bear their experience.
Effectively taking notes, documenting decisions, outcomes, and risks are paramount for succeeding in this role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
10-12 years years in combination of professional Program Management experience in S/4 HANA preferably in using SAP Activate Agile methodology
Experience developing and delivering on program milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs and competing priorities in an ever changing environment.

Experience Requirements:
Generally requires 10-12 years of experience in program management in a fast-moving environment
PMP And/Or Agile Certifications required
SAP Activate knowledge beneficial
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
