​​About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Data Platform Engineering team. You will play a key role in enabling H&H's business units—such as Product, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Machine Learning, Customer Experience, and Engineering—by providing a platform with rich data and tools. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with both Product and Engineering teams to understand their roadmaps, architecture, and data, while also engaging with data platform consumers to address their needs. Your passion for working with people, combined with your technical expertise, will help drive efficient and impactful solutions, connecting the dots to ensure the team delivers effectively.

You Will:

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to understand product data and stakeholder needs

  • Define requirements and technical specifications for data products and solutions

  • Track project risks, dependencies, and deliverable timelines, ensuring business value is delivered

  • Drive Data Platform strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and negotiate solutions

  • Communicate effectively, ensuring the right people have timely information

  • Work closely with the Data Platform Engineering team to translate requirements into actionable work

  • Optimize team effectiveness through continuous process improvements and best practices

  • Lead prioritization and status meetings with stakeholders on a regular cadence

  • Collaborate with technical program managers to manage dependencies across domains

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in partnership with legal

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

You Have:

  • 8+ years experience as a data-oriented Technical Program Manager or similar role

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

  • Experience with Data Platform Engineering or Analytics teams to ship scalable data products

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake

  • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira

  • Expertise in modern data stacks (Airflow, Databricks, Google BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, Tableau/Looker)

  • Strong knowledge of data pipelines and SQL for data validation and solution design

  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Analytics, ML, Data Science, Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams

  • Solid understanding of data security, governance, and compliance initiatives

  • Foundational knowledge of AWS or GCP

  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks

  • Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to influence without authority and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
