Nutrafol is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with customer facing e-commerce experience to be the critical bridge between stakeholders and our Engineering teams. This role demands exceptional skills in gathering requirements and creating clear, comprehensive technical documentation that enables efficient development without constant stakeholder meetings. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining precise documentation, tracking changing requirements, and ensuring engineering teams have everything needed to execute effectively. Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders, designers, and business teams.
Create precise, comprehensive JIRA tickets that minimize engineering & QA questions and blockers.
Maintain rigorous attention to changing requirements, proactively updating all affected documentation.
Ensure complete alignment between designs, requirements, and implementation tickets.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, design teams, and engineering
Ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Own technical documentation accuracy across Confluence and Google Drive.
5+ years managing technical projects and working with engineering teams in an eCommerce/DTC company
Expert-level proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools - Asana
Experience implementing processes in start-up/high growth environments
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; outstanding written communication and documentation abilities
Demonstrated ability to gather and distill complex technical requirements
