Aircall is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to join their Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems team. The role involves optimizing processes, improving data quality, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple business functions. As a strategic partner, the analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business challenges, define solutions, and lead implementations that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or GTM Systems Analyst in SaaS or technology-driven organizations. They should have a deep understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, as well as experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in understanding and optimizing Sales and Marketing processes, Customer Success workflows, and Revenue Operations.
- Lead end-to-end analysis and optimization of critical business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in system integrations, workflows, and data management.
- Own and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency using low-code/no-code platforms and integrations.
- Partner with IT and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across various platforms and business units.
- Champion data governance and compliance, ensuring system data integrity and security best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend enhancements to the GTM tech stack.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or GTM Systems Analyst in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Deep understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and CPQ solutions.
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms, system integrations, and API-based workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in project management.
- Understanding of change management principles and best practices.
