System Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our Innovations team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical know-how, process optimization, and application implementation using no-code solutions. They will analyze existing business processes, design and configure applications, workflows, and automation processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation using no-code solutions.
- Translate business needs into system requirements, workflows, and visual process maps using no-code platforms.
- Design and configure applications, workflows, and automation processes using no-code tools to meet business requirements.
- Develop and optimize complex business processes and user interfaces using the Creatio platform’s no-code technology.
- Prepare and execute test cases for automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and quality.
- Conduct thorough testing of no-code solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing phases.
- Serve as an advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and project delivery.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with platforms such as CRM or BPM, or CMS, or ERP
- Knowledge of process modeling tools, APIs, and data modeling.
- Ability to implement logic, data integration, and conditional actions within no-code environments.
- Understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods for seamless automation.
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Proficiency in creating, customizing, and managing automated solutions without extensive coding.
- Experience in delivering applications or technical solutions within major software domains (e.g., CRM, ERP, no-code platforms).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in technology or a related field.
