The ideal candidate will have prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role, and be familiar with sourcing tools, resume databases, and professional networks. They will lead full-cycle recruitment, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), craft compelling job descriptions, and act as a brand ambassador. Job Description
You will
- Partner with hiring managers across various departments (e.g. Operations, Product, Compliance, Governance) to define hiring needs and selection criteria.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Source diverse candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social platforms, and direct outreach.
- Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and final-stage interviews.
- Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient candidate tracking.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview questions tailored to each role’s requirements.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing SwissBorg’s values and culture in the market.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential future hires.
Who you are:
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in hiring across multiple business functions.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms).Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilising various interview techniques and assessment methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of different organizational roles and how they contribute to company success.
- A strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies.
- Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or a startup environment is a plus.
