Job Description
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento y contratación de los roles asignados.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el Hiring Manager para confirmar y documentar el proceso de entrevistas para el puesto.
- Identificar y atraer a los mejores candidatos.
- Actuar como Embajadora de la cultura de Kueski, asegurando que los candidatos tengan una experiencia positiva durante todo el proceso.
Requisitos
- Mentoría y liderazgo de reclutadores
- Experiencia en la búsqueda y alcance de candidatos pasivos a través de LinkedIn u otras fuentes.
- Experiencia gestionando un proceso completo de Tech Recruiting.
- 10 años de experiencia en estrategia, sourcing y reclutamiento de posiciones difíciles de cubrir en un entorno de alto crecimiento.
- Experiencia reclutando posiciones de Tech en una empresa de productos digitales de rápido crecimiento.
- Dominio en el uso de sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS); experiencia con Lever/Ashby es una ventaja.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.
Nice to have
- Experiencia con CSV/excel para mass-upload.
- Experiencia con Overloop, HeyReach, LinkedIn Helper o similares.
