Your profile

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our talented team and shaping our culture. You’ll be part of the People & Culture team, working closely with hiring managers across departments to ensure we’re bringing in the best people to help us scale our impact. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, and you’ll have ownership from sourcing through to onboarding, supporting each candidate’s journey to joining our team.

Location: fully remote within Europe or hybrid in Croatia / The Netherlands, based on your preference

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: Manage all aspects of recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, reference checks, and offers, for various roles across Cenosco.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner with team leads in Software Engineering, Product, Sales, and other departments to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source top talent: Use a combination of proactive sourcing, networking, and other channels to find qualified candidates, ensuring a pipeline of diverse, engaged talent.
  • Enhance candidate experience: Provide a positive, transparent, and timely experience, with regular communication and feedback, aiming for a 5-business-day response time for all candidate interactions.
  • Conduct structured interviews: Facilitate interviews that are objective, inclusive, and aligned with our values, while assessing technical and cultural fit for each candidate.
  • Run reference checks: Complete thorough reference checks, particularly for senior roles, to verify background and experience, ensuring that each new team member aligns with our values and culture.
  • Contribute to employer branding: Actively represent and promote Cenosco’s brand through social media, networking events, and recruitment fairs to attract talent and build our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously improve: Partner with the P&C team to review and refine our hiring processes, metrics, and tools, always looking for ways to streamline and enhance the recruitment experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You’re a people person who builds rapport quickly and understands the importance of a positive candidate experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple open roles and candidate relationships while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools: Experience with ATS software (e.g., Personio) and LinkedIn Recruiter, with familiarity in using creative sourcing techniques.
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to use recruitment data to measure success, analyse trends, and make improvements to the hiring process.
  • Passion for growth and learning: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are always looking for ways to improve processes, enhance your skills, and contribute to Cenosco’s growth.
