About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic High Volume Recruiter to join our talented recruitment team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our high-volume recruitment needs. What you will be doing

Sourcing and Attraction: Proactively source and attract a diverse pool of candidates for various positions with a specific focus on business vacancies.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews and language assessments.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our commitment to a high standard of customer service.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and organised candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the recruitment process.
Well experienced in searching business roles such as marketing, operations, sales, customer support, IT on Europe market.

Who you are

Experience: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with a focus on customer service roles with language skills. Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, both internally to hiring managers and externally to candidates.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and adjust to evolving recruitment priorities.
Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems ( Lever) and other recruitment-related tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Test Gorilla, HireEZ, Google Suite.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
