The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience recruiting for fast-growing companies and managing large volumes of candidates efficiently. They should also possess advanced screening capabilities, experience sourcing candidates across different locations, and be familiar with Greenhouse. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process, report on metrics to managers, and collaborate with hiring managers to refine your understanding of their needs.
