Strong ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with workforce analytics concepts, including talent trends, retention, and skills analysis.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple stakeholders.
Desired:
Experience building reports and dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Experience working with data in Snowflake or a similar data lake environment.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, or predictive modeling techniques.
Background in HR analytics, workforce planning, or organizational effectiveness.
