This position is needed to ensure a seamless global interview experience through precise scheduling and personalized candidate journeys. Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain accurate records in systems like Greenhouse and AirTable. You'll also build partnerships with global talent guides and contribute to team projects, audits, and hiring events. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide global interview scheduling coverage to ensure a seamless interview process.

  • Deliver personalized communication to candidates at each point of contact.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build relationships focused on candidate and interviewer experience.

  • Strive to achieve SLAs for non-urgent and urgent interview requests.

  • Take an active role in building partnerships with global talent guides.

  • Strive for minimal errors for all interviews scheduled in a quarter.

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system, and in our data systems (AirTable).

  • Contribute to team projects, audits and hiring events.

  • Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, Eightfold, AirTable.  

  • Experience working in a tech environment.

Location

This role will be remote, and based in India.

Travel
