360Learning is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their Professional Services team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for enterprise client technical implementation, scoping custom technical consulting projects, building custom solutions, and delivering on those projects for clients. You will work closely with sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Job Description
Within 1 month, you will:
- Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process
- Understand our product offering through training
- Master our platform
- Master our integration possibilities (flat files, APIs)
Within 3 months, you will:
- Be onboarded as a PM of the custom project squad
- Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and scope projects accordingly
- Specify technical solutions to meet client needs, including customizations
- Collaborate with our sales and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously learn about new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and project plans
- Be involved on Enterprise client implementations
- Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations
Within 6 months, you will:
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery
- Be able to support the team on difficult integrations & troubleshooting issues
- Contribute to our knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned
- Work with our partner ecosystem to strengthen the services proposed to our clients
Within 12 months, you will:
- Launch your first solution with a seamless customer implementation experience
- Be recognized as a level 2 support by the EMEA PS team on all technical topics
- Manage autonomously technical escalations
- Build your OKR roadmap for year 2
The Skill Set
- 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant, software engineer, or similar role
- Excellent technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Javascipt
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies
- Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, writing 5-star specifications, and delivering on projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to adapt to your audience, flexibility in tackling a conversation with highly technical stakeholders, and reducing complexity to more common terms with less technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations
- Solution-oriented, client-first mindset in everything you do
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
