We are expanding our development teams and are looking for two experienced Technical Leads to join us in the Creatio Platform division, which consists of 8 scrum teams developing the core for all Creatio products (.Net/Angular). You have the opportunity to strengthen one of these dynamic teams: Team 1: Focuses on key system features such as licensing, access rights management, change logs, and static content optimization. The team emphasizes integrating business functionalities to enhance Creatio platform solutions.Team 2: Manages foundational platform functions, including user management, licensing models, data management, and access control. This team also ensures scalability, fault tolerance, and performance, handling tasks like package management and custom web service creation. Responsibilities:Development of architectural solutions and development of prototypes together with the team.Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of development processes, their optimization, and improvement.Implementation of innovative tools, approaches, and standards in product development.Facilitation of team meetings (backlog refinement, sprint review (demo), planning).Execution of backlog tasks: pair programming, development, consultations on complex tasks).Control of the work of the incident team on the 4th line, responsibility for resolving incidents within the framework of the SLA.Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software according to specifications and requirements.Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers.Conducting unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.Requirements:6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on .Net.2+ years of experience in a leadership role.Knowledge of OOP, C#, and .NET.EntityFramework, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core., NUnit, Mock.DOM, CSS/SASS.Experience working with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).JS (2+ years of experience).English level — Upper-Intermediate (spoken and business writing) or higher.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in using and creating customization for Creatio platform.Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences.What to expect from us:The award-winning product (a Leader in Gartner Quadrants) to be proud of.
