We are seeking two experienced Technical Leads to join our R&D Department – Platform Development Team in Kyiv, Ukraine. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing architectural solutions, implementing innovative tools and approaches, and facilitating team meetings. You will work with a talented team to create impactful computer vision features using tools by Roboflow, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to groundbreaking projects. Responsibilities:
- Development of architectural solutions and development of prototypes together with the team.
- Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of development processes, their optimization, and improvement.
- Implementation of innovative tools, approaches, and standards in product development.
- Facilitation of team meetings (backlog refinement, sprint review (demo), planning).
- Execution of backlog tasks: pair programming, development, consultations on complex tasks).
- Control of the work of the incident team on the 4th line, responsibility for resolving incidents within the framework of the SLA.
- Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software according to specifications and requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers.
- Conducting unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on .Net and Angular.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of OOP, C#, and .NET.
- EntityFramework, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core., NUnit, Mock.
- DOM, CSS/SASS.
- Experience working with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Angular2+/JS.
- English level — Upper-Intermediate (spoken and business writing) or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in using and creating customization for Creatio platform.
- Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences.
