StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. We empower hundreds of digitally-focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance everyday. StackAdapt was founded with a vision to be more than an advertising platform, it’s a hub of innovation, imagination and creativity.

On StackAdapt's Product team, you will build products that help our customers thrive. There is no 'standard' day for a Product Manager at StackAdapt – every day will have its own set of interesting challenges.

Our GenAI Copilot (aka Ivy) feature is key to the success of StackAdapt. As a Technical Product Manager on the GenAI team, you coordinate with teams across all departments to build our Ivy Copilot to support our clients and internal stakeholders. You have experience shipping successful digital products and are obsessed with details. You have a bias for data-informed decisions and creating clarity out of ambiguity. This role reports to the Director of Product. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and we are open to candidates located anywhere in the US or Canada for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Research, understand, and validate user needs and market opportunities; translate that into a path that aligns with our goals and vision.

  • Develop a short and long-term vision for your portfolio, which helps you forge ahead, ensuring that we’re accomplishing our goals day by day.

  • Be hyper-focused on every last detail, ensuring we’re always working on the most impactful feature.

  • Deliver products end-to-end with a team of talented engineers and designers.

  • Communicate precisely across the organization to ensure everyone who needs to be informed is at the correct time.

  • Driving strategic cross-functional alignment to deliver a cohesive, best-in-class AI product experience that seamlessly integrates across our entire portfolio

  • Resolve questions about your portfolio of products from customer-facing teams, as well as help to triage bugs and regressions as they appear.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Proven experience shipping products as a Product Manager at a digital SaaS company (and can speak to their successes).

  • Prior experience with advertising technologies and AdTech.

  • Prior experience building products using LLMs and GenAI.

  • Understand Product Management craft and theory. You can speak intelligently about Product Management practices and have the practical experience to back it up.

  • You live in the weeds and can speak about how you can zoom in and out as needed to optimize our process as effectively as possible.

  • Wearing multiple hats is second nature to you; one minute, you could be talking technical details on a ticket, and the next you’re presenting your ideas to the Revenue team without skipping a beat.

  • An in-depth understanding of Lean and Agile best practices.

  • An in-depth understanding of design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics.

  • You prioritize projects with reason, clarity, and purpose - ensuring alignment across stakeholders and focusing on the KPIs and metrics you’re moving.

  • You understand what it means to lead by influence, not formal authority.f

StackAdapters Enjoy:

  • Highly competitive salary

  • RRSP/401K matching

  • 3 weeks vacation + 3 personal care days + 1 Culture & Belief day + birthdays off

  • Access to a comprehensive mental health care platform

  • Full benefits from day one of employment

  • Work from home reimbursements

  • Optional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office

  • Robust training and onboarding program

  • Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, etc)

  • Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning

  • An awesome parental leave policy

  • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture
