Job Description

About InDebted
InDebted provides future-thinking organisations with products and solutions to support overdue consumers through debt. Backed by technology with a human touch, we use machine learning and AI to personalise the collections journey and champion positive customer experiences — all so we can change the world of consumer debt for good.
Founded in Australia, today we're a team of over 300 people living and working around the world. We're rapidly expanding throughout North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. We’re a $50m revenue (and growing) organisation, having recently completed our Series C funding round, backed by leading investors such as Airtree. Now is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to make the experience of debt resolution smoother, and more human.
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Product Team and play a key role in enabling the development of seamless integration between our platform and client systems. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between clients, our commercial teams, and product and engineering —helping to scope, design, and deliver custom integration solutions that meet client requirements while aligning with our product strategy and capabilities.
You’ll coordinate the technical discovery and solution design for client integrations, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, smooth data exchanges, and scalable integration approaches. This is a client-facing, technically oriented role that sits at the intersection of product management, client delivery, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end technical program for complex client integration and onboarding, from discovery through go-live.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client technical teams, ensuring alignment on integration scope, requirements, and success criteria.
    • Translate client needs into detailed integration plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable solutions tailored to client environments.
    • Identify, manage, and mitigate technical and program risks to keep integrations on track.
    • Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications — both internally and externally.
    • Ensure integration projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and agreed-upon milestones.
    • Document integration workflows, data mappings, and technical configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
    • Continually refine integration processes to drive efficiency, repeatability, and improved client experience.

Key Qualities

    • 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Client Implementation, or Technical Account Management.
    • Proven success leading client integration projects involving APIs, data exchange, third-party platforms, or system migrations.
    • Technical acumen with the ability to engage in architecture discussions and troubleshoot integration challenges.
    • Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with Agile, iterative delivery models.

Preferred:

    • Experience with API integrations, SSO, ETL/data pipelines, and enterprise IT systems.
    • Background working with clients in highly regulated industries (finance/collections) or consumer technology focused industries (fintech, e-commerce).
    • Experience navigating technical and legal compliance requirements during client onboarding.
