  • Fornecer suporte técnico e funcional a clientes no Brasil através de diferentes canais, como e-mail, tickets e sessões remotas (TeamViewer/Zoom/etc.).
  • Verificar as configurações dos clientes e sugerir melhorias e boas práticas para maximizar a eficiência da plataforma.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de desenvolvimento e sucesso do cliente para solucionar problemas.
