Ajax Systems is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with French and English language skills to join their Customer Success Department. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will respond to customer inquiries, investigate and resolve client issues related to their security systems, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. You will also document and track customer interactions in the CRM system and help customers understand the features and benefits of Ajax's products. We are looking for a passionate and talented Technical Support Engineer.

Key requirements:

    • Degree in tech/engineering
    • Knowledge of the basics of physics/electrical engineering
    • Advanced English and French Languages
    • Experience in communication with customers
    • Experience with CRM systems and telephony will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
    • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues related to our product/service
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as necessary
    • Document and track customer interactions and problems in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
    • Help customers understand the features and benefits of products/services
