As a Technical Trainer for Creatio, you will join our Academy team to drive training events focused on our ongoing innovation in the CRM and workflow automation space through our AI-powered No-Code platform.
You will be responsible for training a variety of audiences, including our customers and partners, both online and at customer locations. To thrive in this role, you must be experienced in delivering technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences. You love to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a trainer, with demonstrated success in communicating complex technical subject matter.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; be a self-motivator with a passion for innovation.
Practical hands-on experience with CRM, No-Code platforms, and Enterprise-grade software is a plus.
High personal accountability and flexibility to adapt in a changing environment.
Basic knowledge of different business models in specific industries (Sales, Marketing, Service).
Fluent in English (C2 level).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, maintain, and deliver instructor-led training and certification exams to end-users, customers, partners, and stakeholders, including hands-on exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
Design, create, and maintain e-learning courses.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective training content.
Collect feedback to track knowledge retention and inform continuous improvement efforts.
