Emburse is seeking a contract technical writer to create high-quality product documentation for our core SaaS offerings in Expense Management and Vendor Invoice Processing. This content will enable Presales Solutions Consultants (SCs) and support customer-facing teams in delivering value-based sales motions. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Presales, and Product Marketing

What you will do :

Develop structured documentation in PDF and slide formats for:

-> Expense Reimbursements

-> Invoice Automation

Translate complex technical functionality into clear, SC-consumable content
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across SC, Product, and Marketing teams
Adhere to existing brand, voice, and formatting guidelines
Create reusable modules for potential future onboarding and sales use

What we are looking for :

5+ years as a technical writer in a B2B SaaS environment (preferably finance, travel, or ERP domains)
Portfolio of work that includes customer-facing technical guides or SC enablement collateral
Proficiency in tools like Google Docs/Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Confluence (preferred but not required)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision
Familiarity with Highspot or similar sales enablement tools is a plus
