As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you will have the opportunity to practice user-centered design methods, collaborate with design partners and assist in evolving our design language as we continue to mature our design operations.

We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer (UX/UI) to help evolve the user experience for ’s product portfolio. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces and curating design systems for building, scaling, and growing web and mobile software applications in our ever-evolving, fast-paced startup environment.

The Design team collaborates closely with each other and with engineering and product management to deliver value to our users, as well as our business. As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you will have the opportunity to practice user-centered design methods, collaborate with design partners and assist in evolving our design language as we continue to mature our design operations.

Responsibilities:

    • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications following a user-centered process to communicate product and design solutions.
    • Design interaction patterns, define framework components, and apply visual styles that will ensure a consistent and cohesive design system.
    • Collaborate with designers, product management, engineering, and other partners to define, test, and launch features that maximize end user, developer, and business value and impact.
    • Gather input, requirements, and feedback from diverse stakeholders across cross-functional teams, and actively contribute to regular design reviews.
    • Advocate and articulate thoughtfully for the prioritization of design-focused changes, refinements, and enhancements.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 4+ years (6+ years preferred) of experience in product design or UX, including working autonomously as an individual contributor in a complex, cross-functional organization.
    • Demonstrated expertise in driving progress proactively, leveraging Design Thinking to identify and solve problems, and designing complex web application experiences involving physical products.
    • Experience communicating recommendations, rationalizing design decisions, and advocating for user needs effectively.
    • Strong knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
    • Proficiency in English at B2 level (minimum) or C1 level (preferred).
    • Include a portfolio, website, or other relevant links to the work in the resume (provide viewable links or access instructions).
