Job Summary
Binance is seeking a VIP & Institutional Sales Manager for Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales and client services with international financial/fintech experience. They should possess strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills, as well as knowledge of financial products and derivatives. The role involves originating a portfolio of VIP clients, deepening client relationships, and contributing to the refinement of customer service processes. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Originate a portfolio of VIP clients (including both institutional clients and high net-worth individuals)
- Deepen client relationships, understand their needs, identify and socialize requirements
- Scope to identify and drive the enhancement and offering of the VIP team
- Contribute to the refinement of customer service and team management processes
- Regional analysis and strategy formulation: Collaborate with local teams in order to better understand and identify potential opportunities in coverage markets
Requirements
- 2-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial/fintech experience, investments, etc
- Solid knowledge of financial products, derivatives knowledge is a plus
- Experience with trading platforms and an understanding of basic market dynamics is a plus
- Existing network of clients including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc., would also be a big plus
- Strong communication, excellent relationship management and sales skills
- Operate in a self-driven fast paced work environment, and be able to adapt quickly to shifting team requirements
- Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
