Job Summary

The VRM Operations Intern will support the VRM Team by maintaining Salesforce records, optimizing processes for vendor audits, collaborating with internal teams, and providing general administrative assistance. This is a part-time, remote internship offering $20 per hour.

Overview

The VRM Operations Intern is a valuable resource for our VRM Team, OEM Partners, Sales Operations Team and the broader Sales Team. The VRM Operations Intern partners with the VRM Team, Sales Operations Specialists and OEM Partners to ensure process and procedures are streamlined. 

In this role, the VRM Operations Intern is required to interact with Manufacturing Partners and internal business partners in a fast-paced support atmosphere. The VRM Operations Intern will provide general administrative support to the broader VRM Team. 

Internship Details and Expectations:

This is a part-time, remote paid 12-month internship ($20hr). The slated start date for this internship is March 3, 2025. Interns are expected to:

  • Reside in the Pacific or Mountain Standard time zone

  • Support working hours in the Pacific Standard time zone 

  • Work up to 29 hours a week, Monday through Friday

Role and Responsibilities

  • Keep salesforce.com up to date with all relevant Vendor information

  • Help create a process to maximize efficiencies that will help audit our Vendor Partners to ensure the data in SFDC is accurate and up to date

  • Work closely with the VRM team and Regional Sales Operations Team to help standardize on SFDC Vendor accounts

  • Respond to internal requests from the GPS sellers 

  • Assist VRM Project Coordinator with projects as needed

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must be self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize

  • Must have outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through

  • Ability to work well with a team and collaborate 

  • Strong ability to multitask

  • An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must

  • Must be open to receiving constructive feedback and applying it to improve their results

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email, phone, and written documents

  • Ability to work flexible work schedule required 

  • Experience with SFDC preferred
