Qualifications:

  2. Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup. (Required)
  3. Based in LATAM (Required)
  4. Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
  5. A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  6. Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
