What you’ll work with

• Prepare written opinions on various legal topics in different jurisdictions
• Provide legal counsel to the leadership and other teams
• Conduct internal GDPR audits
• Prepare and deliver internal legal training sessions to different teams
• Monitor overall legal compliance of SaaS products
• Prepare various documents, i.e., agreements, corporate documents, statements, claims, etc.
• Communicate and negotiate with partners, customers, and suppliers
• Write legal blog posts on relevant topics of your choice
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions

• Master’s degree in Law
• 3+ years of experience within a legal department of an IT company or similar experience in a law firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
• Solid knowledge of data privacy (GDPR)
• Experience with SaaS and/or IT companies
• Experience in corporate law, IP law, AI law, or dispute resolution would be an advantage
• A sense of personal responsibility and a problem-solving mindset
• Eagerness to learn and strong team player
• Outstanding attention to detail (if you apply, include the word “lite” somewhere in your application)
• Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries
• Based in Lithuania (f you’re located in Vilnius, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your colleagues in person at the local co-working space)
