Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, conversions, and bookings. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to better understand the Emburse customer and tailor our marketing to their needs. Your responsibilities will include developing cross-sell campaign strategies, designing and developing programs across key digital channels, and overseeing content creation. We are looking for someone who is skilled in directing strategy as well as executing digital programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of Marketing experience, a proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, and proficiency in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness. You should be able to thrive in dynamic environments, resolve ambiguity quickly, and make a significant impact through effective campaign execution. We offer flexible remote work options, $100,000 - $110,000 per year salary, and the opportunity to work with a talented team.
