Job Summary

As an Account Executive on the AP Payments Growth team, you will be responsible for selling their AP Payments product to new and existing customers. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, generate opportunities, work with the growth manager, anticipate client needs, maintain knowledge of the product, network with customers and partners, conduct industry research, and handle occasional travel. The role requires skills in analyzing client needs, being motivated and results-oriented, experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, strong presentation and communication skills, adaptability to sales processes, negotiation, organization, proficiency in Microsoft Office, enthusiasm, and passion. As an Account Executive on the AP Payments Growth team, you will be responsible for selling our AP Payments product to new and existing Restaurant365 accounting customers. You will be responsible for any additional tasks associated with the AP Payments sell to properly obtain customer paperwork needed to get setup with this product.  

How you'll add value:

  • Manage entire AP Payments sales cycle from discovery to close 

  • Generate and develop new customer opportunities to increase revenue  

  • Work with AP Payments Growth Manager to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast 

  • Anticipate and discuss client needs and facilitate solutions 

  • Maintain knowledge of R365’s AP Payments solution and any related products  

  • Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships 

  • Continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplace as it related to AP Payments  

  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Occasional travel may be required

  • Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions  

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented  

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred, but not required  

  • Strong presentation skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written 

  • Ability to adapt to, and follow a sales process 

  • Ability to negotiate and problem-solve 

  • Organization and time management skills 

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint) 

  • Enthusiasm and passion 

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary of $65,000-$70,000 + commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
